Our default is Terraform because it is cloud-agnostic, mature, and well understood across teams. We use CDK or Pulumi when a client is already standardised on them or when the benefits of a real programming language outweigh the portability of Terraform.

For unoptimised workloads we typically find 20–40% savings through right-sizing, reserved capacity, autoscaling, storage tiering, and killing zombie resources. We deliver a prioritised savings backlog with effort vs. impact before touching anything.

Yes. We use blue/green or canary deployments, traffic shifting at the DNS or load balancer level, and parallel runs to validate the new environment before cutover. Rollback plans are documented and rehearsed before every major change.

Yes. We build with policy-as-code, encryption at rest and in transit, least-privilege IAM, audit logging, and the evidence artefacts your auditors will actually ask for. We work alongside your compliance team rather than replacing them.

If you have nothing in place, we typically recommend Datadog or Grafana Cloud (Loki + Prometheus + Tempo) for an integrated logs/metrics/traces view. If you are cost-sensitive or highly customised, we build on OpenTelemetry so you are not locked in.
